Welcome to the LFCIA UT State level Online Registration.

(DO NOT REGISTER FOR RECREATION OR DISTRICT LEVEL TEAMS ON THIS LINK) 

Please read the following carefully

Here is the process to register your child onto the correct team.

1. Click on Registration in the upper right hand corner.
2. Check mark Player Registration box
3. Login with your Affinity Login (Username and Password)
4. Click green continue button. Click Edit and make changes to family information if you need to.
5. Click Register as Player for the player you are registering.
6. Enter the Player Assignment Code given to you by your Coach.
7. Upload a current Headshot photograph
8. If you do not already have one in the system, upload birth certificate or email registrar Epic Park Location or Eagle Mountain Location
9. Epic Park Location - Complete payment and registration for your player. There are payment plan options, choose the option that works best for you.
